This privacy policy sets out how Sengay Arts (hereafter referred to as SA) uses and protects any information that you provide, whilst using SA products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, and any associated websites.

SA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information provided by you to SA, by which you can be identified, will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

SA may change this policy as and when necessary. It is your responsibility to check this privacy policy periodically to ensure you agree with any changes.

SA will only use a digital image after obtaining permission from each individual contained within said image. SA has no control over the copying of any visual material from and any associated websites: an understanding and agreement of this is inferred when permission is given.

What does SA do with your data?

SA has no control over any external websites, therefore clicking any link which results in you visiting an external website will result in this privacy policy no longer applying and SA cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites.

Controlling your personal information

SA will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you product updates, or other information pertaining to SA.

If you discover any of the information SA holds for you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so the necessary changes can be made.

You have the right to see any and all information we hold about you. If you request a copy of this then please allow 14 days for us to supply it.

You have the right to instruct us to delete the information we have relating to you. Again, we will comply within 14 days.
